You know her from the gossip sites as Lindsay Lohan’s boyish girlfirend, but how much do you really know about Samantha Ronson?
She's a lot younger than she looks—Samantha was born in 1977 and will turn 31 in August (Lohan just turned 22).
According to Wikipedia, she was “raised in conservative Judaism.”
When she was seven-years-old, her mother divorced her band-manager dad and remarried guitarist Mick Jones of the mega-$ucce$$ful band Foreigner. Then the clan packed up its bags and moved to Manhattan.

The family's wealth and celebrity has helped Samantha and her siblings forge high-profile careers for themselves.
In college, Samantha started singing and formed a band. For a while she was signed with Roc-A-Fella Records, and one of her songs can be heard on the soundtrack of the movie Mean Girls, which stars Lohan.
Samantha has been deejaying for about a decade and now commands several-thousand dollars per gig.
Her older brother Mark is also a celebrity DJ (he played TomKat’s wedding), as well as a music producer who propelled Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen to musical fame.

Samantha's twin sister Charlotte is a fashion designer, whose clothes are a favorite of Lohan’s.
Some gossip sites accussed Samantha of deliberately allowing the paparazzi to take shots of a drunk and passed-out Lohan in exchange for payments from photo agencies. (Following the incident, Lohan entered rehab.) The accusation was never substantiated.
Ronson and Lohan have not publicly confirmed that they are in a romantic relationship. However, Ronson did post this photo on her MySpace page:
Also on her MySpace page, she posted this message: IF YOU ASK ME PERSONAL QUESTIONS IN YOUR MESSAGES DON'T BE SURPRISED WHEN I IGNORE THEM. XOXO
